Aim of this year's cultural fiesta
This year's fiesta being organised by
the Youth Council of the Parish, Our Lady
of Lourdes Catholic Church is aimed at
Creating awareness about our diversified
cultural inheritance, Cushioning the effect
westernisation/acculturisation and also a
need to preserve our culture through
dances,locally
made clothes/attires, foods,
traditionally
decorated stage, and so on.
With over 10,000 youths in our parish and
highly supportive Youth Chaplain,
Rev. Fr. Joachim Osigwe O.S.A, this year's
Fiesta will be one to remember for a long
time.
We also want to use this opportunity to
seek for sponsorship and branding of the
